Lectio: Eucharist (Discovering the Mass in the Bible)
If you would like to have a deeper relationship with God and a better understanding of the Eucharist, then join us in Lectio: Eucharist from the Augustine Institute. Acclaimed author and teacher Dr. Brant Pitre rigorously digs down to the biblical roots of the Eucharist, through its foreshadowing in the miraculous events of the Old Testament, the Gospels, and Apostolic teaching. Discover firsthand how Christ's Body and Blood are an integral and wondrous part of God's plan for our salvation.
You will not only benefit personally from being part of this study, you will also help to bring about a profound renewal in our parish as we grow closer to the Eucharistic Christ.
There will be two sessions. The morning session begins Thursday, September 19, at 9:30 – 11:00 AM in Maloney Building (B1) facilitated by Sandy Emerson, and the evening session begins Tuesday, September 10, at 7:00 - 8:30 PM in Maloney Building (B1) facilitated by Sherry McMahon.
